The following conditions and terms apply only to purchases made on lisabonastreetwear.pt

Right of Withdrawal

Having purchased an item on lisabonastreetwear.pt, you have a period of 14 days to return it, starting from the day of receipt of the order, under the right of withdrawal, provided for in Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14.

You may do so, provided the following conditions are met:

• Presentation of the product purchase invoice.
• The product must be delivered in the same condition in which it was sold - without scratches, without external damage or signs of use, in perfect sale condition, packaged in the original packaging and respective labels.

To do so, the Customer must contact Lisabonastreetwear.pt Customer Support, which will provide all information about the exchange or return process.

The Customer must never send items to Lisabona Streetwear without prior contact as they will not be accepted.

Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal within the indicated 14-day period are contracts for:

• goods made according to your specifications or personalized or that, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or perish quickly;
• sealed goods not subject to return for protection reasons of health or hygiene products, once opened after delivery;
• goods that, after delivery and by their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items.
• goods that show visible signs of external use (e.g., dirt, folds, marks...).

The refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made within 14 days. The cost of return shipping, if applicable, will not be refunded as these are expenses outside the scope of the service contracted with Lisabona Streetwear.

These General Terms and Conditions of Contract and Use were updated on 4/1/2024 (April 1, 2024).

Order Cancellation

By placing an order on lisabonastreetwear.pt, you agree to our Terms and Conditions.

We therefore recommend that these be duly understood and taken into account by every customer before placing any order.

As explicitly stated on the page dedicated to this content, we inform you that it is not possible, at any time, to request the cancellation of an order unless it:

• it is not marked as paid;
• the delivery time of 15 business days has been exceeded;
• no more than 24 hours have passed since the order was placed.

In case of withdrawal, the customer must wait for the product delivery and proceed with the return or exchange respecting all the explicit conditions above.
